After 4 years of college and then basic training with the US Army Reserve, I entered the business world as a loan counselor for a Savings & Loan company. I reviewed real estate loan requests and also worked in the appraisal department. In 1973, I was enticed into the construction business and learned how to build houses in the Palm Springs area. When I arrived in Ventura in September 1974, I decided that it was time to follow in the footsteps of my 2 grandmothers, who were successful real estate brokers. I have been listing & selling properties in Ventura County for 50 years and couldn't be happier with my choice or career paths. I have met some really interesting people, and many of them have become loyal clients & friends.

Hi! I'm Jeff Roundy, and I am thrilled to share my journey. In September 1974, I moved to Ventura as an unemployed father of two. While taking advantage of this transitional period, I dedicated myself to studying for my real estate exam. By February 1975, I had earned my real estate license, marking the start of my lifelong dedication to the industry.

Since then, I've been fully immersed in real estate sales and property management. I obtained my broker's license in 1978 to further solidified my commitment and expertise.

I hold several professional designations including Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Property Manager Certification (PMC), and ePro.

Throughout my career, I've held diverse roles within the real estate realm. I've owned my own real estate firm twice, managed for two other prominent firms, and returned to my original path as a salesperson in 1998.

Now, my focus is primarily on referrals - a testament to my reputation for consulting and guiding clients with unwavering dedication. My journey in real estate has been one of continuous growth and a profound commitment to clients' success.
